I had the most wonderful experience working with the custom design team creating dream engagement rings for my fiancé and myself. Larissa and everyone involved was very easy to work with and kept in close communication throughout the process. I’ve followed Automic Gold for years and dreamed of one day working with them on an engagement ring one day. My experience was everything I imagined it would be and so much more! Looking for wedding rings, the shop’s reputation as an ethical, queer- and indigenous-owned artisan company attracted us. We ordered all online and it worked out great. Larissa and the team were quick to respond to our questions and were very knowledgeable about what made a ring durable and lasting. We ended up FedExing some heirloom rings to recycle the metal and use the gems, and that process went smoothly as well. The estimate for how long it took was pretty exact - we told them our timeline early on, and we received the rings a week before our deadline. They were responsive to our request for a status update and we had no reason to be anxious. The rings were gorgeous and exactly like the CAD designs they drafted for us - we love the mix-shaped bands and the unique design, and wear them every day!

I was amazed by the outcome of my custom design! I didn’t have a great idea of what I was looking for, but the team was great at helping me refine what I wanted. The whole process was relatively quick and affordable given the exceptional attention to detail and quality! Highly recommend for any special jewelry in your life.

This place is amazing! When my wife and I first got engaged We knew already where we wanted to get our wedding bands from. I had some diamonds from a close family member who passed away that I really wanted to include into our bands and everything about working with this company was great. We Emailed back back-and-forth with one of the jewelry makers there and they helped us design the perfect wedding bands. From the first design they showed me I was absolutely in love with the one that they had designed for me. My wife wanted to change a few things and they were more than willing to go above and beyond to help us! She had a phone call with them and they were able to I’m up with a perfect design! This is now two years ago that we got married and we are still just as much in love with our rings as we were the day that we got them. I would totally recommend this company! I also love their inclusivity and how much it seems they care for their own workers. Everything was 100 out of 10 when working with them! Thank you to all the peeps at automic gold!

I really wasn't sure what I wanted for my wedding band before my appointment here, but AL asked thoughtful questions and took the time to show me a ton of options, including other custom rings they've made in the past. They helped me choose a ring perfect for me and it came out even more beautiful than I could've imagined! I got a perfect ring with incredible communication and customer service, AND got to support an ethical, queer-owned brand. Couldn't recommend Automic Gold more!

I had the perfect experience getting some custom jewelry from Automic Gold. AL was extremely knowledgeable and kind during our visit. Everything was communicated quickly and clearly. The pieces were ready in under 2 months and came out beautifully. I was so impressed by the seamless customer service and high quality workmanship. I will definitely be a returning customer. Finallly, I adored the sign in their showroom that said "queer all year." I loved seeing fellow queer folk represented in the showroom and the website.

I have several pieces of jewelry from AG and most recently had a custom bangle made. Customer service and communication were exceptional. It was all done through email, though I'm sure they would've been happy to take a phone call if I wanted one. I love all my jewelry from them, but this custom piece exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and identical to the CAD preview they sent me. On top of being gorgeous, all of their jewelry is so comfortable. I also love supporting an ethical and trans-owned business.

My fiancee and I came here for custom engagement rings and within the same day of our appointment we already had example pictures of exactly what we described while we were there. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and were amazing to work with!! We got exactly what we wanted, and the craftsmanship and quality is truly a level above. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewelry!! (though their standard pieces are also exceptional!)

My partner and I had the best, most personal experience having Automic Gold make our custom engagement ring. We knew it was the right fit after our first video call with AL where we learned more about rings and stones in 15 minutes than we had from hours with a local jeweler. Throughout the process everyone was very patient and accommodating as well. Amazing business, and amazing jewelers. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with y'all for an engagement ring.

I would recommend the Automic Gold team to absolutely anyone, but especially queer folks! Everyone is so kind and easy to work with, and it's amazing knowing that they're using sustainable materials and incredibly affirming of LGBTQ+ folks. My fiancee and I got our rings custom made. The process was so easy, they took all my little revisions, and we are so so in love with the final product! Pictures absolutely do not do justice to these beautiful rings!
